WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?All of our jewellery is made from a non-toxic PVC based medium called polymer clay. We use high grade surgical stainless steel backings and clasps.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?Polymer clay is durable and strong. If you drop a piece of jewellery on the ground, it likely won’t break. However, polymer clay can become brittle if not cared for correctly and it can be broken if you bend, twist it or crush it. To care for your jewellery correctly, keep it in a safe, dry place. As polymer clay is a porous material, we suggest keeping pieces away from water, makeup or dark, unwashed fabrics. Take it off before you go for a swim. To clean, wipe it over with a damp cloth.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?This depends on the piece. If a piece of jewellery you like is sold out, please contact us and we will let you know when you can expect a restock. You may also be interested in having a piece made to order, if you fell in love with a particular design that is no longer in stock.

DO YOU MAKE PIECES TO ORDER?Yes, we can make sets of earrings to order. So if there is a particular design that you like but wish it came in a different colour, or you have a particular outfit in mind that you would love us to match some earings to, please contact us with your specifications and we will send you a quote.

DO YOU DO WORKSHOPS OR HENS PARTIES?Yes, on request. We love running jewellery-making workshops and can cater to groups of any size for any occasion. If you are interested in running a jewellery-making workshop for your event, please contact us with your details and details of the event, and we will send you a quote.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?We currently accept payment by Mastercard, VISA and Paypal.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?We suggest allowing 2-5 business days for processing, and then an additional 5-10 business days (regular post within Australia) or 3-5 business days (express post within Australia) for delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, if you have any issue at all with your jewellery within the first 2 weeks of purchase, please contact us and we can arrange to have the jewellery repaired, exchanged or refunded for store credit.
